HISD Parent Student Connect allows registered users to log in to access a variety of student information. Users can also choose to have an e-mail or text message sent if a child's grades drop below a selected average or is absent or tardy to class. In order to prepare Houston’s students for a world beyond the four walls of a classroom, HISD has launched PowerUp, a districtwide initiative aimed at transforming teaching and learning. One of three main drivers of PowerUp is The “HUB”—A digital teaching and learning platform that provides 24-7 access to educational websites. To login go to the Houston ISD Logon Service and enter the following:

Username: Student\S###### (“#” is the student’s ID number)

Password: XXXXXXXX (“X” is the student’s 8-digits birthday. For example, August 10, 2008 is 08102008)
